    Biopharma company having rights of 15 formulations looking to establish a manufacturing unit in USA.
    - We are a biopharma company dealing in the research and development of various formulations and clinical trials. - As of now the company has rights of 15 formulations and has a large market share in this industry. - Our company has two revenue models. We treat patients majorly from the countries such as Australia, Canada, and the USA using our technology. - These patients especially travel to India for our treatments. - We don't have our own clinics but subcontract hospitals in Mumbai to use our technology. - Another revenue source is to supply our formulations and technology to various other hospitals & clinics and receive a royalty from them. - We also have discussions going on with various insurance companies to provide coverage for our treatments. - Since the majority of our clients are from the USA we are planning to start a drug manufacturing unit there. - This unit will be under the USFDA regulations which would increase our scope to expand into various other international markets. - The company has two partners with a 70% and 30% stake distribution. - Business has not taken any loans previously. - We are seeking investment to establish the manufacturing unit.
