Building Maintenance Business Investment Opportunities in Kochi

We started off in 2014 with the Alapatt group, now we handle over 25 contracts including the Taj group of hotels, CGH Earth group, Radisson, Hyatt, Parkway Sports, Volvo, etc. We started with 5 employees and today we have over 150 employees. We have been growing at a rate of 40% per year in terms of turnover. The typical duration of our contracts is 1 year and they are on an auto-renewal basis. All the employees are under our own payroll. We have 50 employees each in the housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen departments.

- Company is registered as a property management firm but it's yet to start offering property management services. We currently function as a waterproofing contractor. - Over the years, we have served 500+ individual house owners across Kerala. - Apart from serving individual clients, we also undertake waterproofing projects of high-rise buildings. Have completed 1 project in Bangalore (Karnataka) and are currently working on another project in Kerala. - Revenue split: Generate 80% of revenue from high-rise building projects and remaining 20% from individual clients. - Our office is located in Kochi and we have 7 permanent employees. To execute any project, we send 1 employee on site and source temporary workers / labours locally. - To expand our waterproofing segment, we plan to set up satellite offices in Calicut, Trivandrum and Bangalore. We are yet to identify the office location. - We also plan to kick-start our property management services. In this segment, we will provide security, housekeeping and maintenance services for individual houses or commercial properties. We are yet to start the marketing & promotion of this segment. - Founder has 7 years of experience in this industry.

- We are engaged in architectural designing and that includes interior designing, landscaping and the complete execution of the entire project. - Have worked on over 25 projects till date and have 4 projects running. We specialize in executing residential projects. On average, we take 4-5 months to complete a project and we have a profit of anywhere between 15-25 percent depending on the project. - We have over 10-15 suppliers of raw materials and have 1 employee devoted for digital marketing. - On average, we hire 4 site supervisors and 50 contract labourers per project. - Promoter has over 7 years of experience in this particular segment.

- Our company offers various horticultural and gardening services to farmers and urban customers in Kerala. We are operational since 2017 and incorporated in November 2018 as a private limited company. - Have introduced many verticals of services through our company, such as balcony gardening, Heliconia farm, garden maintenance, landscape services and selling gardening kits. - We have also introduced an online nursery where users can order garden plants through our online portal. The plants that are available for sale are grown by the company. - We are seeking funds to introduce gardening kits and related products that are used in horticulture through our online platform. Also to market our products and services in other cities. - Promoters have more than 10 years of experience in agriculture.
