Agriculture Wholesale Company Seeking Loan in Pune, India

- Engaged in the import and export of agricultural produce such as fruits, vegetables, pulses and spices.

- Have already made 3 shipments in the 2 months we have been operational.

- Export around 40-50MT of produce each month.

- So far we have only exported to the UAE but have recently secured orders from Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam.

- The orders we have secured require working capital for 4 - 6 shipments.

- We are also negotiation with importers from Africa.

- The business has a valid IEC license and is registered with APEDA (Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority) and the ECGS (Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India)

- The ECGC insures both our goods and payment for 0.7% of the shipment value.

- The business is run from a home-based office and we hire cold storage space from the Government to store produce.

- We also lease vehicles from private vendors for our operations.

- Buy produce only from Indian farmers and we have 17-18 suppliers.

- Promoter has 10 years of work experience in a different industry but comes from an agricultural family.

- While we are authorized to import, so far we have not ventured into this activity.
