Animal Breeding Company Investment Opportunity in Selangor, Malaysia

- Business was formerly a consulting firm for farmers and stakeholders in the live stock industry, waste management, business technology, pharmaceuticals and research and development.

- We undertook pig farming projects, dairy farming reports, cattle and plant integration projects, etc. The revenue was not significant and we have not been operational since a couple of years, hence we decided to diversify into a new venture.

- We need funds to set up a new project of Pig Farming Area (PFA) in Selangor, Malaysia.

- PFA has tie ups with125 experienced local farmers forming a cooperative.

- We will undertake the daily farming activities for them and will house a total of 250,000 pigs in a closed house, temperature-controlled farming system, starting from farrow to finish.

- This PFA will replace the existing farms establishing a single production farm in Selangor.

- Chinese population (main pork consumer) in Selangor stood at 28.6% of the total population, this translates to a total of 1,867,580 of pork consumers as the target market.

- PFA addresses the environmental pollution issues by using ‘Zero Liquid and Solids Discharge’ wastewater treatment system and solar system.

- We want to establish a disease-free zone by incorporating MyGap standards stipulated by Department of Veterinary Services (DVS) Malaysia to improve health and biosecurity by minimizing the risk of disease outbreak.

- We are planning for the PFA management company to go for structuring and submission of IPO in 3 to 4 years’ time.

Business will have products like pork carcass and other pork related products, electricity supplier (generated from solar energy and gasification) and biofertilizers. We will also provides feed, veterinary, vaccination and medication services.

We own a website and currently do not have any physical assets.

We have a rented back end office in Kuala Lumpur.
