- We manufacture designer wear as per customer's requirements and we also resell other designers apparel but the majority of our revenue is from our own apparel.

1. A team of highly skilled karigars, a master and fashion assistant who are trained to work well together. The strength of the current Karigar team is 5 members and it was actually downsized from 12 members. We can create up to 3 - 10 apparels daily depending on the level of detail and design.

3. In addition to the in-house collection, there are collections from various other designers that have been carefully curated to suit the style and taste of regular clients. The store mainly houses upcoming designers. At any given point of time, we house over 5 - 7 designers in our store with a 45 days turnaround time.

4. We work on appointments for customized bespoke clothing which can be anywhere between 2 - 5 a day. Walk-in customers are approximately 2 - 10 a day.

5. Handpicked premium quality raw materials such as fabrics, trims, embroidery material, borders, laces, buttons.

6. A database of customers who have helped the current business grow over the last 6 years along with a database belonging to a multi-designer store that was home to this Koregaon Park premise for 12 years before the takeover of the space. We have 2,000 customers in our database.

7. Good vendor contracts for raw materials and for various production processes i. e. dyers, embroiders, machine embroiders, printers, maintenance personnel. Our vendors are primarily located in Pune, Mumbai and Delhi.

8. Merchandiser who works remotely and brings in other designers to house their products at the store and helps send out our collections to other stores pan India.

9. Well-groomed and well-trained fashion assistant who makes sales, designs for customers, manages complete production for customisations and leads the team at the workshop in executing the orders booked at the store with ease.

10. Detailed store operations along with complete knowhow of store and workshop liaising.

11. Detailed workshop operations and know-how of working with the team.

12. Introduction to a marketing team that will launch and promote the new label on various media and social media handles. Presently, we don't have a marketing team and we primarily rely on word-of-mouth promotion.

- Store has beautiful outside seat out area/passage in front of the store which is approx. 100 sq. ft. Have individual car park area for the store and generator back up facility is also provided by the society. The car park area can accommodate up to 5 cars.

- Manufacturing facility is around 800 sq ft (2 BHK) and monthly rent is approx. INR 26,000.
