- Our company is essentially an institutional baker and confectioner that sells a wide range of bakery products to our clients.
- Our company was incorporated and commenced operations about 5 months ago. We do not have any retail locations yet.
- We have about 17 institutional clients which are essentially independent restaurants, hotels, tea & coffee outlets, hospitals, etc. All the clients are based in Chennai itself.
- All our products are baked at our in-house facility and are delivered to these 17 institutional clients everyday. The deliveries are conducted by our staff using our company-owned vehicles.
- These clients pay us a monthly fee for our products. The type and amount of products delivered to each client vary as per their respective preferences. This stream of revenue contributes to about 90 percent of the company's total revenue.
- We also have ourselves listed on Swiggy & Zomato as a bakery under our own brand name. We fulfil about 8 to 10 orders received through these platforms everyday. This stream of revenue contributes to the remaining 10 percent of the company's revenue.
- Currently, we are utilizing about 50 to 60 percent of our total production capacity.

We bake a wide range of products at our premise such as: donuts, puffs (veg/non-veg/egg), celebration cakes, dry cakes, breads, breakfast rolls, pastries, croissants, etc.

Physical assets include: - Baking equipment and machinery such as rotary ovens, deck ovens, spiral mixers, etc. - Commercial refrigerators and freezers. - Furniture and interior fittings of the facility. - Company-owned vans for delivery. - CCTV camera, exhaust fans, computers and printers.
