We are a fully furnished and functional restaurant that has been operating for over 6 years. The restaurant is on a 3,000 Sq. Ft. owned facility and is located in a prime residential cum commercial area. The restaurant has a liquor licence and the investor can rent it from us at an additional cost so as to continue to serve alcohol. On a monthly basis we receive around 60 to 70 customers and have a seating capacity of 100 customers. The average revenue of the business is INR 60 lakh monthly. Around 80% of our business is through dine in, We also get some orders online through Swiggy and Zomato. The kitchen is fully equipped with all infrastructure required. The investor can continue running the business under our brand name or run it under their own brand.
