Business Overview

The firm is into event management services for individuals and corporates having organized multiple events in the past. We are currently looking for funds to start a restaurant cum bar in the upmarket street in Bangalore which is next to UB City.

The restaurant & bar will initially start with serving continental foods and after 1.5 years, it will introduce alcohol and sheesha. We have identified a 4,800 sq ft divided into 2 floors and have spoken to the property owner to take up their facility on rent. After raising funds, we would finalize the rental agreement and register the restro-bar as a new entity (either Pvt Ltd or Partnership). The restaurant will be under our event management firm and the investor will get shares only in the restaurant business and not in the event management holding firm.

The founder is from the business family who are into F&B business and getting the CL9 license would not be difficult for us. Our restaurant would be able to accommodate 600 people. The business does not own any physical assets required for the restaurant.
