- Our business is essentially a beauty salon that offers a wide range of services for women.
- The salon receives about 7 to 10 walk-in customers daily and has served more than 1,400 clients since inception. Our salon does not distribute any form of membership.
- We also offer doorstep services where our salon experts simply visit our clients' homes to provide them with the services they requested for. These services are provided by our in-house staff only.
- Doorstep bookings are accepted through multiple channels: customers can directly call us, write to us via Facebook or book our services through Amazon.
- We receive about 15 to 20 doorstep booking requests daily. There is an even split between the bookings across all channels. We pay Amazon a 16 percent commission on every booking received through them. The commission is on the order value.
- 60 percent of the company's total revenue is generated through doorstep bookings and the remaining 40 percent through our walk-in customers.
- The investment opportunity is being presented at low valuation primarily because we are seeking to onboard a full-time partner who has an equal vested interest in our business and will steer the company alongside the owner.
- We are willing to provide the potential investor with 50 percent ownership of the entire company to provide them with equal decision-making authority.
- The proceeds from the investment along with a certain amount from the profits of the company will use open multiple branches of the salon across Abu Dhabi and fund our expansion plans.
- The potential investor will receive up to 50 percent ownership in the entire registered entity which includes our one salon and all its upcoming branches.

Our salon offers a broad range of services for women such as:
- Hair colour and hair treatments.
- Haircut, hair wash, blow-dry.
- Nail extension, nail polishing, manicure and pedicure.
- Full-body massage, Moroccan bath and spa.
- Waxing, bleaching, eyebrows and facial.

Physical assets include: - Salon equipments and machinery. - Inventory of branded beauty products worth AED 40,000. - Furniture and interior fittings. - Air conditioners, CCTV cameras and POS machines.
