Shell) + in terms of establishing our export activity, we have managed to get new partners (e. g. Tisacoop d. o. o. in Serbia, Merkator in Romania, Tegut. com in Germany, Billa in Czech Republic and Slovakia)
4. New strategy to transform from a manufacturing company to a data and knowledge centre and build a truly loyal customer community of subscribed customers which will enable us to monetize our data as well as data-driven insights (pseudo-anonymised of course) with third parties such as retailers, private practice medical services, and the HoReCa sector.
- We have both B2B and B2C clients but the major part of our revenue is generated by the B2B segment.
- Our sales are generated by both online and offline, at the moment 90% of our revenue is generated by offline channels (e. g. Tesco, Auchan, Interspar, etc. ) and 10% is coming from online.
Nevertheless, we are determined to grow our online revenue, which will be supported by our new strategy of building a conscious customer community online and launching our circular loyalty program to make sure we lock our customers with our loyalty scheme as well as with our business.
- At present, there are 2 contract manufacturers in Hungary only. However, we are in continuous negotiations with international contract manufacturers, therefore this number is expected to grow.
