Bottled Water Company for Sale in Una, India

- We manufacture & distribute mineral water, sodas, and carbonated beverages of the Bisleri brand. The manufacturing is done at our in-house facility.

- Our company possesses exclusive manufacturing rights for producing Bisleri's products. We do not have our own brand and do not manufacture any other company's products as the contract with Bisleri prohibits us to do so.

- The contract with Bisleri is renewed at regular intervals. The majority of the revenue is generated from the sale of mineral water & soda.

- Once the products are manufactured & packaged at our facility, they are further sold to a network of distributors. These distributors further sell the products to independent grocery stores, restaurants, etc. This is the only source of revenue for the company.

- We sell the products on a "per case" basis where each case contains 24 bottles. For every case sold, we pay Bisleri a royalty of 7 percent on the MRP.

- The contract with Bisleri is for two years and is renewed again at the expiration. A one-time fee of INR 10 lakh was paid by the business to Bisleri at the initiation of the first contract. The fee is refundable and does not have to be paid at every renewal.

- Our revenue has plummeted over the past 2 years due to the operational difficulties caused by the pandemic. However, we are on track to regain our pre-pandemic performance which is causing massive growth in the company's revenue. The business has been receiving a high number of purchase orders.

- The business is registered in Mohali, Punjab. However, we run operations from Una, Himachal Pradesh.

- Our business has undertaken business loans worth INR 3 crores over the past years. The debt will be cleared and the business will be provided in a debt-free condition to the prospective buyer. There are no other business loans, overdue, or defaults.

- The company has 5 directors. Two of them own a majority of 95 percent of the business. The remaining three directors own the remaining 5 percent of the business.
