We are a fast growing Outsourcing Organization in the field of Resource management. The above revenue number is for the entire company.
We recently bagged a project from an MNC client to run an Outsource Delivery Center (ODC). This facility will be set up in Pune. The contract is for ten years. We will begin with a 60 seater center. Operating cost to run this center will be close to Rs. 50 Lakh per month and we should a sale of Rs. 80 Lakh result in a Rs. 30 Lakh profit.
This is a small part of the work. Eventually, we are expecting to get a major chunk of the contract which will be a significant revenue driver. The fund raised will be for this specific venture and we will give a 50 % stake in this ODC to the investor.
