Brewery Investment Opportunity in Bangalore, India

- We operate 3 craft breweries and 3 specialty coffee outlets in Bangalore.

- Our model is a "plug and play" asset light model, where we partner with existing restaurants and set up, run and operate microbreweries on site.

- We have recently ventured into the specialty coffee area and have set up our coffee bars in three restaurants in Bangalore.

- We started our microbrewery operations with a partner restaurant location 3 years back, and as of date have 3 such locations spread across North, South, and central Bangalore. Two of our locations are located next to the largest IT hubs in Bangalore and a 3rd is located in the heart of Bangalore.

- We started our specialty coffee operations early this year and have scaled to 3 locations within 2 months, with a 4th location due to open in the coming months (delayed due to lockdown).

- Our monthly sales report is only from microbrewery operations in 1 location, as with the other two locations - one opened just before the first lockdown last year and the second one commenced at the end of last year and could run operations only for 3 months due to the second lockdown.

- EBITDA shows negative, as we had expenses toward excise licenses for our new location just prior to the lockdown and were then shutdown most of the year and only 3 months of operations this financial year.

- We follow a revenue or profit-sharing model, based on the location.

- Our team includes investors from Germany and India. We have an established brewer from Germany who sources and provides brewer from Germany. Our team also comprises members who have 20+ years of experience in the F&B and alco-bev industry.

We have 2 services that we offer:

1) Microbrewery: build, run and operate microbreweries on premise at restaurants. We currently have 3 locations where we have partnered with the restaurant owners, to run and operate a microbrewery on premise.

2) Specialty coffee: Similar to our microbrewery business model, we set up and run cafes within existing restaurants and cafes. We currently have 3 such outlets with a 4th starting in July. Outlets are spread across Bangalore CBD, and Bangalore South.
