- Importer and distributor of beer throughout Romania. We also have our own brand of beer whose recipe was developed in-house. Our brand is extremely popular throughout Romania. We are in the process of launching a second brand that will be targeted towards the upper income segment.

- Sold over 11,000 HL of our personal brand in the previous financial year. The production is outsourced to a brewery based in Germany.

- Our current imported beer portfolio consists of over 70 beers. We have over 10 international suppliers.

- We usually sell 4.5-5 million bottles of beer annually. Our net margin on sales is approximately 22%.

- We have a network of over 20 distributors in Romania. Engage in both on-trade and off-trade. Have also assigned area managers in key regions.

- Have entered into a contract with 7-8 major supermarkets like Carrefour and Metro to name a few. These contracts are in perpetuity but the terms are renewed on an annual basis.

- Have engaged in social media and digital marketing through Facebook. We also organize beer promotions at large shops.

- Seeking funds to launch our own brewery. The brewery will be inside our current facility.

- Over 51% of our total sales revenue comes from our own beer brand and that is we believe that the brewery is the next logical step to be taken.

- Post-funding, we will acquire the machinery, obtain the production beer license, and set up the entire production line. This should take approx 6-9 months.

- We expect an increase in profitability by 40% since the beer will be brewed in-house rather than being outsourced.

- The investment will be made in a new company, which will closely cooperate with the existing company, by producing beer in cans, kegs, plus other 2 new beer brands and the profit expectation is EUR 4.5 million in the next 7 years, so the initial investment will be amortized in 3 years.
