- Young start-up in the pre-revenue stage offering OTT platform for the regional films and music, and a talent portal for actors looking for roles.

- Intend to provide an OTT streaming platform for regional film and music industries in 17+ languages.

- Provide a talent portal where actors can search for roles posted by production houses, casting directors, independent filmmakers, etc.

- Talent portal has been launched and running, with 25-30k users and a conversion rate of 5%, under a different entity. It will be merged with our business soon.

- Talent portal is currently in the pre-revenue stage but will charge an initial fee from the job seekers and a 15-20% commission for the roles signed through the platform.

- The platform will be provided through the website and mobile applications (both Android and iOS) which are built in-house.

- The apps and website are in the testing stage, the beta version is out. The final version will be launched in 1-3 months.

- Acquired 50+ movies for 2 years and onboarded 3 regional partners who will be creating original content for our platform. 4-5 original films are in production.

- Will charge INR 99 per year for mobile platform subscription and INR 199 per year for web/TV platform subscription for the first year of launch.

- Also intend to run ads on the platform.

- Intend to release 1 new movie every week for the first 15 weeks of launch.

- The promoters have more than 15 years of business experience and have been in the IT Industry for several years.

- Will provide a 15% return per annum every quarter to the investor. The investor will have a choice to convert the loan into 5% equity at the end of 3 years.

We have a total of 4 offices in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai & Livonia (Michigan, USA). The offices are not owned by the firm. We do not pay rent for all the offices except Mumbai where we pay a rent of INR 1,00,000. The total combined area of all the offices is around 9,000 to 10,000 sqft.
