- Provide cable MSO and broadband services to customers in India.

- Considered a veteran in the business.

- Have around 47,000 customers on the current network.

- Looking to spend upfront INR 1.5 crore for acquiring another firm with 30,000 customers worth INR 2.5 crore profit for us.

- Investor will get exit after or before 12 months.

- Investor will get INR 15 lakh cash flow every month from 3rd month. This will go towards reducing the loan + 25% return amount.

- This amount will come from existing subscriptions. The business getting acquired has INR 25 lakh per month of EBITDA. Retail subscriptions and everything is transparent and visible on papers.

- Investor will get post dated cheques as additional security.

- If needed, Investor will get option of convertible shares in the company at a valuation already agreed with a large MNC company.

- Investor will get 25% returns in 12 months.
