Cafe is located inside a mall near the entry / exit section which helps us receive a high customer footfall. Our cafe is well known for serving a wide range of Assam and Darjeeling tea. In the food segment, we serve pizzas, burgers, sandwiches and continental items. Have tie-up with Zomato for food delivery.

Cafe has a total seating capacity for 20 people. We serve walk-in customers as well as supply food combos at office and birthday events. Our outlet was non-operational for 3 months due to the coronavirus lockdown. After the lockdown was lifted, we restarted our operations. Our run rate revenue has reduced due to COVID-19.

Before the lockdown, we used the serve 20-25 walk-in customers per day. However, we currently serve 10-15 walk-in customers per day. Before the lockdown, we used to generate 70% revenue through walk-in customers and rest 30% revenue from supply of food at events. However, we currently generate the entire revenue only through walk-in customers as we haven't supplied food at any events after restarting the operations.

In order to provide high quality food and beverage to our customers, we buy food ingredients from Metro Cash & Carry and Spencer's Retail. Business owned assets as a part of full sale include furniture, ACs, kitchen utensils and office equipment.
