1) Point 1 is in the east with a maximum capacity of 150,000 liters of diesel (3 oil tankers x 50,000 Lit) and 30,000 liters of gasoline (1 gazolin tank).

2) Point 2 is to the west with a maximum capacity of 100,000 liters of diesel (2 oil tankers x 50,000 Lit) and 60,000 liters of gasoline (2 gazolin tanks x 30,000 liters).

3) Point 3 is in the northeast with a maximum capacity of 30,000 liters of diesel (1 oil tanker), 20,000 liters of gasoline (1 gazolin tank), and a gas pump with a maximum capacity of 5,000 liters (1 gas tank).

The position where our facility is located is in a strategic position, between the national road of the northern corridor, and a secondary road which is the only connecting road in that area for the Antea Cement companies and the Spanish construction materials factory. The geographical position provides us with a monopoly position on the services provided as a single solution for road users.

The base of the building is calculated in the project that can be built 4 (four) more floors of the building where the hotel is, as well as 2 (two) other floors on the other side of the building where there is 1 restaurant 1 and a wedding hall. All properties are owned.
