- The business has been running a cloud kitchen for the past 2.5 years which prepares a variety of biryanis & North Indian cuisines. A separate floor of the facility has been allocated for the cloud kitchen.

- We built a cafe 6 months ago on the floor above the cloud kitchen which offers fast food like pasta and burgers along with beverages like juices, shakes & coffees.

- The cafe currently has 7 tables with seating available for 18 people. However, the cafe is extremely spacious and can accommodate seating for up to 35 people. Due to the lockdown, the cafe could not function for the entire 6 months. However, we receive 7-8 direct takeaways and over 20 online orders every day for the cafe since its inception. The cafe is listed on Swiggy & Zomato as well and has a rating of 3.8.

- Our business has created 6 different cloud restaurants with each listed either on Swiggy or Zomato or both. Each restaurant offers the same cuisine but the dishes vary. The cloud kitchen fulfils the orders received through these 6 restaurants only. We receive anywhere from 65 to 90 orders every day for our cloud kitchen primarily through Zomato and very few orders from Swiggy.

- Sales through our cloud kitchen accumulates to over 90 percent of our revenue with the rest coming through our cafe. The sale is for the parent company and will come with the ownership and rights to the cafe, the cloud kitchen and cloud restaurants.
