- Our business is essentially a coaching institute that offers high quality training & test series on a broad range of competitive exams to our students.

- We do not provide any in-person classes and use a variety of online platforms to render our services.

- The average batch size is 80 students and the duration of classes is 5 days a week for 3 months. The duration of each class varies as per the requirements of the students. The batch size of IAS exams coaching is also 80 students but the classes go on for 6 months.

- We have developed a strong community on Telegram with over 30,000 students who have subscribed to us. We continuously post openings of new batches and test series there and students enrol with us by paying a fee. The batches are created on a first-come-first basis.

- Once, the batch is created, the students are provided classes on Zoom and are given access to our Android mobile application. The application allows our students to review assignments, class notes, topic tests, recorded sessions, etc.

- Currently, we are running two batches which are of IAS mains and MP PSC exams. We run about 2 to 3 batches at one given time and conduct 7 to 8 batches every year across all exams. All the classes are rendered by an in-house team of 5 instructors who are subject experts.

- Apart from these classes, we have created test series on all these competitive exams which the students can simply purchase. The test series allows students to practice questions and write self assessment tests at their own pace.

- The test series are created by our in-house team, are continuously updated, and are available around the year for the students to purchase. These services have been recently launched by our company. The students who purchase the test series are also given access to our mobile application.

- The free version of the mobile app only has limited features and the students need to either purchase one of our test series or enrol on our classes to receive full access.

- In order to boost our online presence, we keep posting short lectures on our YouTube channel for students to refer to. This becomes another medium for us to onboard students.

- Currently, 70 percent of the company's total revenue is through conducting online classes for competitive exams and the remaining through selling test series. These are the only two channels of revenue for our company. We do not offer any pre-recorded courses as of now.
