Coffee Estate Seeking Loan in Jalpaiguri, India

Our company was registered in 2014 in Kolkata but since then, we haven't done any operations. We are looking to raise funds to acquire a 20+ year old running tea estate located in Dooars, Jalpaiguri. Have already spoken to the tea estate owner and he is ready to sign the MoU.

The tea estate is on a 250 acre land and it currently produces green tea with annual production capacity of 3.5 lakh kg. The tea estate also has an empty space where we plan to additionally setup a CTC tea factory with annual production capacity of 10 lakh kg.

Tea estate has all the required facilities including staff quarters, admin office, water and electricity facility. Our company is backed up by a team of seasoned professionals with years of experience in the tea production industry. Our company does not own any physical assets.

The collateral mentioned in the profile is the value of tea estate against the funds we intent to raise.
