A running franchise brand of a well known multimedia training institute based in Chennai. Offers diploma courses of 1 & 2 years along with certification course. Currently have 50 students in the batch and since we are planning to sell the business, we aren't taking in new admissions.

Franchise agreement is valid for 3 more years post which it can be renewed and extended by 4 years. We pay a royalty of 20% on sales per month. The marketing and promotion of our center is equally taken care by the us and the franchisor.

Have 10 part time consultants and 2 permanent staff at the facility. Business owned assets include computers, furniture and AC. Since the center is at owner's property, the interested buyers would have to find a new location to move & start this training center.

Offers 1 & 2 years diploma course and certifications. Courses covers 2D / 3D animation and designing.

Facility is owned by the proprietor but it's rented in the firm's name. The interested buyer would need to move to a different location after acquisition.
