- Company established in 2007 is involved in manufacturing of concrete, excavation & demolition and internal civil work for buildings.
- We are supplying 30 vehicles of concrete on a daily basis and our requirement is 60 vehicles per day so we end up buying the rest from outside.
- We have a display unit with a variety of concrete pavings that is one of the largest in Mumbai. Also, have a wide range of quality sands, soils, pebbles and rocks. We regularly supply concrete and raw materials to 25 companies.
- Some of the projects we worked on are - Mumbai Metro phase 1, Sahar Airport – Terminal 2, Shriram Mills – Worli, India Bulls Finance Center.
- On going project are - Shraddha Landmark – Bhandup, Oberoi Realty – Goregaon, Samsung Lafarge Project.
- Our major revenue is from manufacturing and trading of concrete and other building material supplies. We procure raw materials required from miners.
- We have a fleet of over 25 TATA, Eicher, Ashok Leyland heavy vehicles to transport materials to our clients. Doing 14,000 trips a year with our vehicle and soon it would touch 25,000 trips.
- We have an extensive excavation and demolition department which helps to demolish both commercials and private structures and excavate foundations.
- A year ago we started internal civil works for buildings and have completed 2 projects for TATA and 1 project is on going.
- Need investment for few ongoing project and to start work on Metro Phase 3.
- Physical assets include 25 own commercial vehicles and machinery.
