Contractors Company Investment Opportunity in Delhi, India

Company specializes in providing construction and engineering services. We currently have 3 sub-contracts from Dilip Buildcon and Earthcon for the construction of RE walls and drainage system on national highways. The project sites are located in Chennai, Ballari and Visakhapatnam respectively.

Company is registered in Delhi, however, all our projects are executed on site. We have 4 employees on our payroll for supervising the work on site. Looking to raise funds to lease the machines locally and start the construction work. We plan to hire labours from Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand. We plan to finish all our 3 projects in 2 years.

Company does not own any physical assets at the moment. Director has 4 years of experience working in Larsen & Toubro. Once our company becomes an established entity, we will be able to execute 10-12 projects every year.
