Dairy Product Business Assets for Rent in Ranchi, India

We are looking to lease or sell our dairy processing plant. The total area of the land is 3.24 acres and is owned by the company. The lease amount would include the rent of the plant. The built up area of the facility is 30,000 Sq Ft. The plan has a capacity to process and package 50,000 litres of milk daily which can be expanded up to 100,000 litres per day. We receive milk from suppliers in the area. Fermented products capacity of the plant is 10,000 litres per day. The plant operates at capacity for both these lines. Currently we pack and process milk, mishti dahi, paneer, lassi, khoa, ghee and peda. We also have ice cream machinery as well as continuous, batch and blast freezers.

Plant is equipped with the latest machinery such as Thermax 1 ton boiler, Kirloskar ammonia based compressor KC4 / KC2 / PC2, storage for 50,000 liters of raw milk, pouch filling machines with TTO equipment, chemical and microbiology lab for product quality assurance. There is also a 6 BHK guesthouse and 6 room labour quarter in the same campus.

The milk pasteurizer line has a capacity of 5,000 litres per hour (LPH), the cream separator capacity is 5,000 LPH, the homogeniser micron capacity is 5,000 LPH.

There is a curd line for fermented products with a capacity of 2,000 LPH which can produce 500 KG of Paneer and 250 KG of Khoa daily.
