- We attended Agribusiness Forum held by the European Union in Brussels a few years ago. This is the highest international recognition for quality oil till now because the championship trophy was won in competition with renowned manufacturers from over 35 countries throughout Europe and the world.

- We produce high-quality oil and contribute to the largest percentage of our refined oil on the domestic market.

- Constantly increasing exports to regional countries such as Greece, Serbia, Albania, Kosovo, Croatia, Bosnia, Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Romania, widely to the USA, Australia, and countries in the Arab world.

- The production capacity of the unit is 150 tonnes per day.

- The entire process takes place in four stages:

1. Neutralization.

2. Winterization.

3. Bleaching.

4. Deodorization.

Equipment for neutralization and winterization is from "Gea-Westfalia", and for bleaching and deodorization is from "Hamburg Freudenberger".

The entire process is automated and aligned to take place continuously. The management of the process and its monitoring is via a PLC (programmable logic controller) computer connected to 4 monitors which are depicting all stages of the process. Thus it is made possible to precise control of the process from all key aspects such as flow, temperature, level, and pressure. If happens deviation from the set parameters is included, an alarm indicates the specific problem and its timely repair.

With the new continuous, automated process enabled maximum control and manipulation in terms of dosing and flow in the neutralization and thus optimal utilization of raw materials and production of high-quality products.

With winterization as part of the process of refining the removal of waxes has been achieved to the greatest possible extent and thus the appearance of the final product is perfected.

Bleaching as part of the process controls the color of refined oil depending on market requirements.

Deodorization is the final part of the process of refinement and it is the crown of the entire process which removes all unwanted components under the influence of high temperature and high vacuum to yield the final product with all the necessary qualities and nutritional values.

Facilities Overview

A) Station for decantation of raw and refined oil by rail wagons.

This station has two parts:

1. Three wagons for decantation, which can function simultaneously. Places for decantation are made with all necessary facilities for the smooth handling of wagons. As a part of this station are a pumping station and block pumps, with an individual capacity of 60 m3 / h.

2. Auto decantation for raw and refined oil with the possibility of functioning two auto cisterns simultaneously. Places for decantation are made with all necessary facilities for the smooth handling of auto tanks. There is also a pumping station with block pumps, with an individual capacity of 40 m3/h.

The wagon and auto decantation are connected to the factory by a pipeline made of PET material and are made with all necessary facilities for smooth handling.

B) Warehouse facilities.

1. The warehouse is composed of six steel tanks with a fixed roof with the following capacities:

- 1760 m³ for raw oil.

- 1200 m³ for raw oil.

- 750 m³ for refined oil.

- 630 m³ for refined oil.

- 450 m³ for filtered oil.

- 100 m³ for filtered oil.

Refined oil tanks are fully insulated with an insulation thickness of 10 cm. All tanks are equipped with level measurements, revision openings, and service stairs.

C) Pump station: for transport of raw or refined oil through production plants. This pumping station is composed of block pumps with a capacity of 60 m³/ h, equipped with all necessary testing equipment and instrumentation.

D) Manufacturing plant.

The production facility is composed of two parts:

1. At the Refinery which was built 14 years back with a capacity of 150tonnes / day,

2. Plant for filling and packaging.

The plant covers an area of 600 m2 and is an integral part of several machines produced 12 years ago.

- Machine for blowing PET bottles with eight heads product of SIAPI from Italy, type EAS50.100 / 8 with a nominal capacity of 8.800 bottles per hour,

- An air conveyor for connecting the blower with the monoblack for filling,

- Monoblack for filling and sealing of PET bottles with press-on caps, a product of AVE Industries Italy, type RVM 30/8 (thirty heads for filling, eight chapters for closing). The capacity of the monoblack is 9.100 bottles of 1 liter per hour,

- A device for the injection of nitrogen.

- Conveyor for connecting the monoblack with the label machine,

- Automatic label machine for circular label system hot weld, a product of AVE Industries from Italy, type 8T H / M E1, with a capacity of 10,000 labels per hour.

- Connecting conveyor from label machine to the packaging machine,

- Machine for packing bottles in thermal foil with thermo-tunnel, two configurations of 3 x 4 or 2 x 3 bottles, a product of AVE Industries from Italy, type CP3-20, with a capacity of 14 packages per minute,

- Automatic palletizer product of AVE Industries from Italy, type PABR-80, with a capacity of 15 pallets per hour.

The entire line has a rated capacity of 8.800 bottles of 1 liter per hour. Working capacity is 80% of nominal capacity. The entire line is adapted to work with the aforementioned capacity for one type of packing - 1 liter. The plant is equipped with semiautomatic packing machine oil in cylinders from 3L, 4.75L, 5L, and 10L. Produced by NESTO 2000 Pazardzhik R. Bulgaria bought in 2015, with a capacity of 3.000 liters per hour.

E) Warehouse for commercial products.

The warehouse for finished products covers an area of 600 m2 and is equipped with a ramp with a total length of 18 meters and with three points for manipulation.

F) Warehouse for repro- materials.

The warehouse of raw materials covers an area of 200 m2 and is equipped with a ramp with a total length of 6 meters and with one point of manipulation - supply and delivery of raw materials.

It is performed by three electric-powered forklifts with a capacity of raising a load of 2 tons and one forklift with diesel fuel with a lifting capacity of 3 tons.

G) Warehouse for raw materials.

This warehouse is equipped with three tanks.

- tank of 100 m3 for fuel oil.

- tank of 50 m3 for petroleum.

- tank of 30 m3 for sulfuric acid.

According to their purpose, these tanks are made in accordance with the applicable JUS (MKD) standards for this type of materials, and are fully equipped with all necessary measuring and safety gadgetry and thermally insulated with insulation of 10 cm. The surroundings of the tank for sulfuric acid are protected by a concrete tank with a capacity of 30 m3.

H) Associated facilities.

For smooth conducting of the entire technological process, there are in operation the following additional objects:

1. Boiler room with a total area of 80 m2, consisting of block boilers with an individual capacity of 3.5 tons of steam per hour at a pressure of 11 bar. The Boiler room is equipped with all necessary measuring equipment and with appropriate block pumps for condensate, condensate tank with a volume of 3 m3, supply pumps, soaked tank with a volume of 3 m3, etc. All boilers are products of KIRKA from Belgrad. The Burners, a product of Weishaupt are alternate - one of fuel oil and one of gas. The Block pumps for pumping petroleum and fuel oil are products of the MZT Pump from Skopje.

2. Plant for preparation of soft water, covering an area of 40 m2, set in two segments:

- reception and transport of raw water to the steam injectors.

- treatment of the water through the sandy filter and columns for its softening.

The Water-softeners are with a capacity of 3x3 m3/hour. The softened water is transported to the boiler room or to the manufacturing process.

3. Plant for washing and drying filter scarves, covers an area of 16 m2 and it is equipped with an industrial laundry, a product of KREBE TIPPO from Slovenia type 24, and with an industrial dryer, a product of KREBE TIPPO from Slovenia. The Laundry has a capacity of 24kg.

4. Machine hall with an area of 30 m2, where it is located the overall accompanying equipment for continuous running of the technological process to the line for filling and packaging. The machine hall is composed of:

- High-pressure compressor 40 bars, a product of SIAD from Italy, type TEMPO 610,

- Instrumental air compressor 10 bars, a product of Atlas Copco, type GA 18,

- Instrumental air compressor 10 bars, a product of COMPAIR, type L 22,

- Cooling machine YORK YCAL 0197 SB50XA, with mode 7/12ºC, with a capacity of 200KW,

- Cooling tower EVAPCO LVTA-4-95, with mode 29/35°C, with a capacity of 800KW.

5. Department of splitting the soaps and distillation of the fatty acid, covers an area of 120 m2 and operates continuously. The total capacity is 6 tonnes per day. The tanks are made of polyester resistant to the effects of sulfuric acid in any concentration. The pathos and the drains are protected by acid-resistant resins. The dosing of the sulfuric acid is carried out using a sulfuric acid pump to avoid direct contact with the operator.

6. Warehouse for by-products is comprised of six fully equipped tanks with level measure, service stairs, revision pits, as well as full testing fixtures:

- 80 m3 – for fatty acid.

- 80 m3 - for fatty acid.

- 100 m3 – for vegetable wax.

- 100 m3 - for used filtered oil.

- 100 m3 – for sludge.

- 100 m3 - for sludge.

I) Treatment plants for wastewater.

This department covers a total area of 250 m2 and it is equipped to conduct chemical and biological wastewater treatment. The wastewater treatment plant is of container type which significantly reduces the evaporation and the spreading of the bad smells typical of such a system. The total capacity is 30 m3/hour. The connection to the manufacturing process is made with the PET pipeline.
