A. Project 1 is an 18 MW solar rooftop project with a total outlay of INR 110 crore. Slated to be completed in the next 6 months.

B. Project 2 is a 10 MW solar project with an outlay of INR 50 crore.

- The funds will be used for both projects.

- We have a 10-year O&M (operations and maintenance) contract for project 1.

- Last year's sales are zero as we did not undertake any project through this company.

- The company has 10 shareholders, and the shareholding pattern is as follows - 40%, 25%, 10%, and the remaining 25% is split among 7 shareholders.

- All the shareholders are engineers and have decades of EPC experience.

- We are engineers with a focus on innovation.

- No pending loans in the name of this company.
