Electrical Vehicles Company Investment Opportunity in Pune, India

- Our products are designed with German technical collaboration, manufacturing fully electric 2 and 3-wheelers.

- Prototypes of two models are ready for production.

- We have outsourced the manufacturing of the parts but the final assembly of the vehicles will be at our facility.

- On an annual basis we can manufacture 5,000 units.

- Within a few years we aim to start a second manufacturing plant in Goa with an annual production capacity of 12,000 units.

- Our products will be sold under our own brand name.

- Customers will be able to order our product in three ways-

- Directly through our website (not in the initial phases of production)

- Through our dealership network (initially we will have a network of 32 dealers)

- Through brand ambassadors (we will give INR 5,000 per order as a commission to the brand ambassadors)

- Currently, the business has two Indian directors.

- The third director will be from Germany and the legal documentation is still in progress. After the documentation they will have a 60% stake in the company and the two Indian directors will have a 40% stake.

- We plan to start the manufacturing process by the first quarter of the next year.

- We project an annual turnover of INR 48 crore with an EBITDA of 22% in the initial year.

We have a factory on a rental basis with an area of 5,000 sq ft with water and power.
