- Our company offers software solutions that digitalise the lending procedure for financial companies.
- Over 90 percent of the company's total revenue is being generated through our digital lending enterprise software. We have about 135 active clients (60 on cloud software) using this software. These clients are typically co-op banks, NBFCs, HFCs, micro-finance companies, etc.
- Our lending software is the most comprehensively designed, end to end solution that covers all retail lending verticals such as loan against property, business loan, working capital loans, gold loan, mortgage loans, etc.
- We charge our clients in three stages. Each software is tailored as per the specifics of each enterprise and its size. The client must purchase the enterprise licensing turn-key from us at the initiation. The licensing fee varies as per the size of the client's operations.
- The licensing fee provides the rights, and ownership of the enterprise software to the client for 7 to 10 years. At the termination of this time period, the client must repay the licensing fee in order to continue using the software. The fee remains the same.
- Post paying the licensing fee, the client must pay an implementation fee which is basically the fee we charge for setting up the software in the client's servers. This fee varies between INR 3 lakh to INR 5 lakh, depending upon the size of the clients' operation.
- A year after paying up the licensing fee, and implementation fee, the client must pay an annual AMC fee which is 18 percent of the licensing fee paid by the client.
- The company is extremely valuable primarily due to our credible client base, cutting-edge software solutions, industry-generated goodwill, and enormous growth potential in the future.
- This transaction includes the entire business entity and brand name, ownership, and source codes of the software solutions and website, relevant licenses, client database, along with all the physical assets.
- We also offer other software solutions but they contribute to only about 5 to 10 percent of the company's total revenue. For our inventory management, and GST accounting software the clients are typically supermarkets, restaurants, and automobile companies.
Our software solutions include:
- Digital lending enterprise software with multiple features: quality check, application feeding, CIBIL checking, tele-verification, field investigation, credit approval, financial details, and sanction letter.
- Inventory management software.
- GST accounting software.
- Physical assets include: laptops, computers, printers, furniture, interior fittings, and other tech hardware.
- Intangible assets include: software source codes, client database, established brand name, experienced staff, and industry-generated goodwill.
The business runs operations from rented premises spread across 1,000 sq. ft. However, all the employees are working remotely due to the restrictions caused by the pandemic.
