- A fast-growing business (3 year CAGR +40%) via limited share purchase.
- Our service was launched in mid-2018. Starting with one furniture company, one SIM card company (both from Japan), and one food brand from Indonesia. As of August 2020, we have managed 10 clients ranging from furniture to stationaries.
- Currently, our solution is delivered as a total Retail as a Service (RaaS) package, which includes all the features of the platform plus the D2C Experience Centre. Usually, one client for our Pro package spends around IDR 700 million per year on total services, which includes the warehouse and experience center.
- At the end of 2020, our freemium version will be launched. The aim of launching the freemium version is to reach a wider range of clients, especially start-up to mid-sized businesses. The freemium version is designed to be used by clients with prices ranging from IDR 0 - 19 million per month depending on usage. It does not include a setup fee.
- Revenue of the company for the last financial year increased by 268% to become IDR 2.7 billion primarily coming from the platform (the clients' revenue is not included).

Our RaaS platform is a comprehensive one-stop-solution for your business. It provides the following key features:
1. Data Linkage with All Channels.
A. Centralized Order Information: Automatically and centrally update, manage, and optimize all order information from all connected marketplaces. Sales orders from any marketplace can be managed altogether on the management module.
B. Centralized Inventory Information: Inventory information from all sales channels is centrally managed. Inventory information in each sales channel will be automatically updated when an order is placed and executed.
C. Centralized Customer Information: As all order information is managed through the platform, it also provides detailed information on customers that can enable a more robust sales analytics.
D. Centralized Product Management: Significantly reduce the time for adding new products, manage product attributes, bundling products, or editing product information on each and every marketplace, since all updates need to be done just once from the management module and automatically updated to all marketplace.
2. Optimize Inventory Management.
Platform able to track products one by one, from arrival at the warehouse to delivery to customer. It can track the product's movement between warehouses as well as products returned (from customers). As such, the platform can provide information on Inventory Days (time the product kept in storage before being sold), which helps identify slow-moving items that need additional focus/support.
The platform delivers accurate, real-time stock information to all sales channels in one module, saving you the time to sign in/out of each marketplace every time you need to update your inventory. It optimizes delivery operations by managing orders from all sales channels. After receiving the order and payment confirmation, the system automatically confirms the closest product to the delivery destination. If there are several warehouses, our platform immediately sends delivery instructions to the warehouse closest to the destination of delivery.
3. Direct To Consumer (D2C) Experience Centre.
As RaaS, our solution is completed with an experienced shop, where consumers' sensory needs, i. e. : the needs to feel by touch, smell, taste, and see can be fulfilled in this experience showroom. The store experience is filled with client products and any sales transactions in this store are also integrated into the platform.
Our office located in a leased space of 200 sq. mt. , together with experience showroom that provided for the clients, so their customers can have real experience with the products.
