Buyer will also receive 1 fridge, 1 microwave, cafe furniture (tables and chairs), one PC, 4 CCTV cameras and one 1 ton, two 3 ton and three 2 ton air conditioning units. Over 1,000 square feet of area is covered in a layer of thick matting.

Rented facility with an area of 1,400 square feet out of which half of the area is allotted to the entertainment center and the other half is for the cafe. We pay a monthly rent of INR 1.5 lakh on the facility.
