- Amusement park company with plans to begin construction of a new project in the Basilicata Region.
- The project has been incorporated as a separate LLC.
- Over six years we have set in motion all the necessary protocols with the region and municipality as well as the other entities. Now, all authorizations are in place for us to commence construction.
- We have reached a land purchase agreement with the town council administration for a total of 103,000 sq. m. at a very reasonable cost of EUR 13.50 per sq. m.
- Market research was conducted with the support of international consultancy Grant Thornton.
• We have identified an area along the Ionian coast in the Basilicata Region where tourist villages for families already exist with hospitality capacities ranging from 4,000 to 5,000 beds, just as there are tourist villages for families north of the Puglia region as well as south of the Calabria region.
• The only other amusement park in the south is in Rome, after which none more can be found until Reggio Calabria.
• The entire Rome-Reggio Calabria area has about 25 million inhabitants in families that have an average of 2/3 children each. No guesses here. It's a given. Italians in the south greatly enjoy entertainment and delight, especially in amusement parks.
- The park will be fully eco-sustainable with photovoltaic panels producing energy reaching 2.6 Mw, so total autonomy in terms of energy resources.
The park covers an area of 110,000 square meters, divided as follows:
Area one:
Large, covered canopy of 8,000 sq. m. in with restaurants and eateries, i. e. pizzerias and regional Basilicata gastronomic specialties where concerts, theatrical activities, and events can all take place under the extended shelter. We envisage an agreement with a company that stages night concerts for young people which will perform over the three days of the weekend, given that no such venues currently exist for young people along the Ionian coast.
Area two:
Amusement park with thematic attractions for children aged between 2 and 14, and additional attractions for parents.
Area three:
Aquatic park with swimming pools, water games, restaurant, and bar.
We've reached a land purchase agreement with the town council administration for a total of 103,000 sq. m. at a very reasonable cost of EUR 13.50 per sq. m.
While the commercial value of the area, considering it's urbanized, is at EUR 60.00 per sq. m. , thus amounting to a EUR 4,789,500 in capital gain.
The park covers an area of 110,000 square meters and is very visible considering it flanks the 106 highway connecting Taranto to Reggio Calabria.
