Fast Food Restaurant Seeking Loan in Bhubaneswar, India

The company is successfully running 1 non-veg QSR in Bhubaneswar, and is in the process of starting a 2nd outlet in Kolkata. However, we are seeking funds to start our 3rd outlet in Kolkata. The company was registered last year, and we started operations this year.

1st outlet: This Bhubaneswar outlet is running well with 70 seats, serving veg & non-veg fast foods. We have tie-ups with Swiggy and Zomato. On a daily basis, we serve 200+ customers. Generate 50% revenue from online orders and rest 50% from dine-in customers.

2nd outlet: The 2nd outlet is located inside a mall in Kolkata and we have completed 50% of interior construction work. This will be purely a takeaway outlet.

3rd outlet: Seeking funds for our 3rd outlet only. This outlet will also be inside a mall in Kolkata but at a different location compared to our 2nd outlet. We have finalized the space but are yet to enter into a formal rental agreement with the mall owner. This outlet will have 20+ seats and takeaway facility.

Physical assets owned by the business include furniture and kitchen equipment at 1st outlet in Bhubaneswar.

Serves both veg & non-veg food. The food items include burgers, fries, subs and wings.

1st outlet: It is a standalone outlet of 1,600 sq ft on rent.

2nd outlet: It is a 350 sq ft space inside a mall on rent.

3rd outlet: It will be a 650 sq ft area, inside a mall. We are yet to enter into a rent agreement.
