- We are an established fertilizer manufacturing firm with an annual turnover of USD 60 million.

- The firm is partly publicly owned and manufactures fertilizers for both domestic use and exports.

- Intend to start manufacturing bio-fertilizers which will be environmentally friendly.

- The bio-fertilizers division will be under a separate legal entity which will be partially owned by our parent company.

- Have already formulated and tested the new bio-fertilizers.

- The new bio-fertilizers have also been manufactured and exported in small batches to Ivory Coast, Kenya, and Armenia.

- The capital raised will be used to set up an independent production plant with the capacity to produce up to 10,000 MT / year.

- In the first year, we intend to manufacture around 2,100 MT before gradually ramping up production.

- The technology and operations for the new plant will be handled by us.

- The products will be specifically tailored towards the Turkish and European market.

- The total cost of setting up the project is USD 5 million of which USD 3 million will be invested by the parent company.

- Would prefer an investor from Turkey, India, Armenia, Australia or Canada.

- The investor would acquire a stake in the subsidiary and not in the parent company.

- The promoter team has over 25 years of experience in the fertilizer manufacturing business.
