- Our company specialises in the installation of premium flooring. The owner has over 30 years of experience in the industry.

- Over the years, we have actively worked for major 5 star hotels in Dubai like Hilton, Sheraton, Hyatt & Burj Al Arab. We have clients in the retail side as well that include Bloomingdales, Cartier & Harvey Nichols.

- We hold no contract with our clients. However, 80 percent of our revenue is through repeat orders for flooring services from these clients.

- We do not manufacture any flooring material. We give purchase orders to different suppliers in China & UK which vary from project to project. No contracts with any supplier for purchase orders.

- We have our own team that does all the flooring fittings at the location of the project. The average life of any project varies from 1 month to 6 months depending on the area we must work on.

- Our revenues were affected due to the imposed lockdown. However, our demand has been steadily increasing post the easing of restrictions. Currently, we have 2-3 large projects to work on for which we require the investment.
