- We are a software development company that develops mobile applications and IT software in-house. Have worked on 15-20 projects till date. We have served over 100 clients so far.

- Seeking funds to launch an online medical/doctor consultancy platform. The stake that is on offer is for this new project and not for the business as a whole. Post-funding, we will spin a new entity for this project.

- Plan on launching the application within 2 weeks. Have already finished developing the application and we are in the final testing stages. Our website is fully developed.

- Our target audience are the Indian communities in western economies like USA. Indian communities in countries like USA are interested in homeopathy and Ayurveda but they are unable to find the correct doctors. As a result, we have already on-boarded 7 Indian doctors and 4 Bangladeshi doctors on the platform. As the platform becomes more established, we will start on-boarding US doctors and targeting Indian communities in other countries as well as the general public.

- We will charge a commission of 30% on the consultancy fee. The expense will be borne by the end-users. We will also provide 24 hours emergency doctor support.

- Have 4 collaborators (private entities) based in India, Bangladesh, Malaysia and the US. Have a sister entity in Bangladesh.

- Plan on reaching a target audience of 300 users within 6 months after which the business will start becoming profitable.

- We will engage in digital and social media marketing. Additionally, we will also utilize direct promotion with the assistance of our US collaborator.

- Promoter has over 7 years of experience in the IT sector.

Currently, we are operating out of the parent company's office is in Malaysia. The office has an area of 3,000 square feet and we pay a monthly rent of MYR 2,500. Post funding, we will be shifting to a new office.
