- Business operates one of the popular and fashionable hotels and restaurants in the heart of Kharkov.

- Hotel has 40 staff, 4 rooms (3 inside and 1 outside), a restaurant, a karaoke bar, a lounge bar, and an outside bar. The restaurant has a seating capacity for 150 people.

- Currently, our business makes an average monthly sales of about UAH 2.2 million and the EBITDA margin is 30%.

- We are looking to set up a new smart hotel business. This will be the first smart hotel in Ukraine and the idea is to make use of smartphones to handle all the deals between the staff and the guests at the hotel.

- Have identified the property and obtained the necessary license and permits. The facility is located in the city center and is a 2-floor building. We are planning to convert it into a 5-floor hotel with 35 rooms, with each room having an area of 20-25 sq mt.
