- A young hospitality company engaged in the fast-growing boutique hotel & resort segment. Currently, we are venturing into hotels & restaurant management services.

- Have a team of professionals each with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

- Our current revenue model is under the outright lease model, we take charge of the operations from day-to-day activities, in-house restaurant, spa management to sales and marketing for a monthly rent paid to the hotel owner.

- We have two hotels budget-friendly hotels under our management as of now. We pay a total monthly lease rent of INR 7,00,000 to the owner.

- Each hotel has 40 rooms with a price range of INR 1,500 to INR 2,500 per night.

- Due to Covid-19, the occupancy rates have fallen to 30% to 40% from 70% and we have seen a drop in our revenues.
