Industrial Design Company Investment Opportunity in Chennai, India

Company provides CAD / CAE training to engineering students in Chennai. We currently have a total of 50 students and the courses we offer is of approx 2 months duration. On a daily basis we conduct 2 batches, however, our infrastructure has the capacity to increase it to 3 batches per day. The institute has 4 trainers in total. Have tie-ups with 10 colleges including VIT and SRM University to on-board students.

In addition to providing training, we also plan to provide industrial design services to engineering companies. We are in talks with a few companies to win their project. Currently the business generates 85% revenue from training institute and 15% from services but in future we would largely generate revenue from industrial design services as each project value would be much higher than the fees collected from students.

Founder of the company has 20 years of experience in this industry. Business owned assets include furniture, laptops and computers.

Currently offers CAD / CAE training services. In the process to on-board corporate clients to offer them industrial design solutions.

We own 15 computers, 1 server, tables, chairs, projector, 2 LCD TVs, and 2 printers.
