Assets Description
We are looking to sell owned land and building that was purchased 11 years ago. The factory was purchased in 2009 for textile dry processing. The area of the land is 4,750 Sq M and the built up area of the factory is around 2,300 Sq M. Recently we have been facing liquidity issues due to the current global situation and are planning to move production to a new area. We would be selling the entire land and factory building excluding the machinery, stock, furniture and fixtures. The building and land is located in a chemical zone so any chemical unit will be able to receive permissions and licenses easily. The area would also be suitable for any textile and freight industry as there it is located 2 km away from a main transport area.
