IT Services Company Seeking Loan in Makati, Philippines

- Started 3 years ago as an IT Company with the principal office in Makati City, and at the time we explored the option of establishment of an operations center in Iloilo City or Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.

- During our R&D stage, we planned on developing local talent in underserved areas of the country, with a goal to create a pool of 4,000 high-level AI experts in the country.

- During this time we built a strong network with high-level AI companies in Belarus, and saw an opportunity to bring in their market-ready next-gen tech products to Southeast Asia.

- In July of last year, we pivoted the business to focus on selecting, localizing, and marketing next-generation technology products to SEA.

- We successfully negotiated exclusive agreements to represent four of the leading tech companies of Belarus in SEA, with products ready to launch in the Philippines.

- Have exclusive rights for products of these companies in SEA which includes more than 300 products in their portfolio.

- We plan to launch 3 products by the beginning of next year. These include a doctor booking software, a community management software and a business management software.

- The revenue model is a success fee on every transaction for the doctor booking software and a subscription fee for the other software.

- We are currently looking for an investor who is in the market for short-term debt financing (one to two years) for our working capital for the next 12 months, and/or equity investment for long-term growth.

We have two offices, one is in Makati and the back office is in Pasig. Both are rented.
