Juice stall attached to a popular restaurant is available on a monthly lease basis.

We are looking to lease out a tea or juice stall that will be attached to our restaurant. The stall is not set up yet but it will be done once we have an investor. Looking for an investor who will be an active partner and has prior knowledge of the F&B industry preferably. The stall will be an 80 to 100 Sq Ft stall. It should be maintained hygienically. The restaurant attached gets about 50 customers on a daily basis and the stall would be able to capture customers from us as well. Area is highly advantageous as it is located next to hospitals, offices and colleges.
