The residential project has been approved for a development permit and has been given environmental compliance certificate by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). Approved technical description for each individual lot has been issued by DENR. A complete deed of sale in favor of the company for ownership has been executed and notarized.
The project is strategically located along the national highway on the northeast side of El Nido with only a barangay (20 km) away from the newly-launched seaport of El Nido (Brgy San Fernando).
Tangible assets include office equipment and tools, and real estate with an area of 20 hectares owned by the company.
Intangible assets include R&D, intellectual properties on real estate development as the directors consists of lawyers, environmental planner, real estate consultant, appraiser, and broker.
Currently, we are operating out of the personal property of one of the company directors.
Current funds for the acquisition of land and operation are brought by directors in their personal capacity. The company has four (4) partners with equal stakes at 25% each. The business does not have any outstanding loans.
