- Private landowners and professional developers at various stages in developing their plot, choose to engage in cooperative partnerships with us as we can provide assistance in moving projects forward to realization.

- This can be everything from running the political zoning process from start to finish, matching private equity investors with desirable projects, and restructuring existing plans with a focus on adjustments that make a big difference in the local market.

- We identify and acquire land, get all the regulatory approvals, undertake architecture, engineering and construction of the land, and finally sell the land to potential buyers.

- The construction process is outsourced to our sister company that is involved in construction.

- Mainly develop and sell residential villas and townhouses that are up to 3 floors.

- Have completed 8 projects till date, and are currently working on 2 projects which will be completed shortly.

- Each project takes between 9 months to a maximum of 1 year to complete.

- Last year we sold 6 projects, and this year we are on track to sell 4 projects. Hence, our revenue has doubled.

- Property management.

- Architecture drawings.

- Engineering drawings.

- Payment and execution plan.

- Financial study.

- Law and regulation consultation.

Physical assets include the ownership of the land/projects that we are currently working on. Our business works on 1 project at a time and the average value of the project is approximately 40 million.
