- We are a start-up full-service hospitality company in Jamaica that is seeking to raise seed/equity capital of up to USD 15,000 for 4% or 4,000,000 shares of our company. We have been approved for an investment loan of US$500 million from a private financing company in Bahrain.

- The seed capital raised will be used to pay for the completion of the underwriting and certification of a bond from an insurance company. This bond called a Financial Performance Guarantee Bond will secure the investment loan then ultimately release the funds to our company within 3 to 4 weeks so we may begin our business operations in Jamaica.

- In addition to the US$15,000 we seek another US$135,000 for 14% or 14,000,000 shares of our company for renting an office space in Kingston for 2 years as well as for hiring a Chief Legal Officer to our management team to pursue and finalize current & future loan and joint venture offers.

- Equity investors will get FREE all-inclusive stays for up to 2 years at any of our future hotels & resorts of their choice. All Investors and shareholders will be paid dividends monthly, quarterly or annually from revenues or net profits according to their percentage of ownership in the company. Investors will be able to sell all or a portion of their shares back to us at US$1.00 per share. And lastly, they will get a lifetime 50% discount on all our future hospitality products and services.

Products & Services Overview
We will be offering accommodations at our hotels and villas as well as providing many of the usual resort amenities and services such as beaches, swimming pools, restaurants, spas, bars, gyms, conference centers and shuttles.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We will host events at our hotels and resorts and offer guests tours & excursions to popular tourist attractions throughout the island of Jamaica. Travel services such as taxi, chauffeurs, car rental, luxury bus & limo rides will also be offered.

We will be offering other hospitality products and services such as sea cruises, air cruises, yacht charters, private jet charters, and ferry services. We will also be selling foods & beverages produced on our own farms and staging live entertainment events.

Facilities Overview
We are temporarily headquartered in Portmore, Jamaica and will be renting office space or office building in Kingston, Jamaica when we are funded. We will then acquire over 60 turnkey hotels, resorts and villas to begin earning revenues almost immediately. We plan to construct our permanent corporate headquarters in Trelawny, Jamaica and develop our first Super-Luxury Hotel & Resort in Portland.

The company is being funded presently from the salary of the Owner/Founder who is the President & CEO. He has 60% ownership of the company which is 60 million shares out of the total 100 million shares. 14 other individuals who are executive officers and directors own from 0.05 to 5% of the company which is a combined total of 6,614,000 shares. The remaining 33,386,000 shares are currently available for sale. The company has no debts and loans outstanding as yet.
