M&A Advisory Company Investment Opportunity in Jakarta, Indonesia

- We help retail SME businesses with funding, liaising with state enterprises projects and also private sectors for trading & exports supplies.

- We also deal with investment projects that include merging & acquire and are also involved in the management of some real estate such as housing residences/apartments, property resorts, and medical facilities.

- Our revenue is generated from incentive/brokerage fees and minor shares in the projects.

- Currently, we are working on 10 such projects.

- The business has two partners with 51% and 49% ownership stakes in the company.

- Company does not have any outstanding loans.

We deal in project funding for SME businesses, merge & acquire property assets (property resorts and medical facilities), and consult/design/build the properties (real estate).

We are minor shareholders of some property projects we have funded and built such as apartments, housing residences, property resorts, and medical facilities. In total, we have shares in over 10 such projects.

We have an office with an area of 50 sqm on a rental basis and share rented office with some project partners. Apart from that we currently are involved in one of the largest urban housing development connected to the mass transportation stations and its retail towers in 12 Jakarta urban areas. Each area has around 3-6 towers. The other projects that will start soon include medical facilities and convention halls at state enterprises land in Bali and in Labuan Bajo Flores East Nusa Tenggara. We have minor shares in real estate projects and assets.
