Manpower Supply Company Seeking Loan in Lucknow, India

- Engaged in providing manpower security (primarily) and manpower supply services. We also sell some machinery and material supply related to sanitation to over 15-20 customers.

- Have 80+ clients for both manpower security and manpower supply. We serve mostly government clients with a couple of corporate clients. Indian Railways, Income Tax Department, INGAF, Forest Research Institute and LBSNAA are some of our biggest customers.

- We have supplied over 6,000 people till date. These workers are on our pay-roll. We enter into a fixed contract with the employer (hiring company) and with the worker that we source to them. The margin per worker is in the range of 15%-25%.

- We hire the manpower from job portals like naukri. com and through consultants. We also rely on referrals for the same.

- Have engaged in paid digital marketing to promote our activities besides relying on word-of-mouth promotion and referrals.

We provide manpower supply for the following: security services (threat & risk analysis, VIP/executive protection, workplace violation, and protection), housekeeping services & manpower services, facility services, manpower solutions, electronic security system, cash-n-transit services, and O & M (operation & network maintenance) services.

The office is setup on three floors with each floor having an area of 2,500 square feet for a total area of 7,500 square feet. The premises is owned by the company.
