- The current operations are in the shipbroking business and are looking to raise some capital to enter into the ship operating business. In the past, promoters have held key positions in broking as well as operating set-ups and as a result, have a fair understanding of the spaces and the adjacencies therein. Once the required capital is raised, we'll deploy it to hire talent and charter-in vessels in demand.

- We have been in this business for close to 7 years now. During this period, we generated commission income of over $350,000, through freight transactions of over $28 million. During the last financial year, we have facilitated freight transactions of over USD 2.6 million so far.

In the past, we had a team of up to six full-time employees for the broking business. However, at this point, the business is being managed along with all the work with a team of external consultants. However, the business will most certainly need a team of full-time professionals from chartering and operating backgrounds to execute the plan for the ship operating business.
