Mobile App Investment Opportunity in Hyderabad, India

We established our company in 2018 and are developing an online platform which includes a mobile app and progressive web app for managing accounting, maintenance and communication for residential communities such as apartments and gated societies.

The platform would have both user and administrative options. On the user side, each flat member would be requesting for services such as house keeping and electrical maintenance. The administrative side will be operated by facility management, which would receive requests from users and provide the services required.

Few of our services such as member management and asset management are available for free to facility owners. They will be paying an additional fee for the paid services such as issue management, account management, and publishing classifieds.

The subscription fees would depend on whether the services are offered on user level or community level. Community level services would include event management and parking management, which will be paid by the facility owners.

We are promoting our application to gated communities and apartments, and also developing additional modules for our application. We are seeking funds to complete development and for the upcoming operational expenses in the pilot phase.
