Mobile App Investment Opportunity in Johor Bahru, Malaysia

- Our company allows our users to book from a wide range of services through our proprietary mobile application which is essentially an online marketplace.

- We commenced operations about 6 months ago and have gathered over 300 users with minimal marketing.

- Our mobile applications are published on Google Play Store and Huawei App Gallery for android users. However, the iOS application is also under development and will be published in the upcoming weeks. All the applications are free to download and there is no paid version of the apps.

- We have about 50 merchants listed on our platform for now. Each merchant offers a distinct service that the users can book. The user has to simply book the service of their desire with the merchant by mentioning the time, date, and type of service. The request then goes to the merchant and the confirmation notification is sent to the user.

- The payment for all the services must be done through the app itself. The merchants are typically independent business owners or service providers who are looking for additional clients. These include electricians, car workshop owners, salons, etc.

- We generate revenue through two channels: A one-time fee of MYR 300 paid by the merchant for joining our platform and 15 to 20 percent of the service value paid by the merchant for every client they receive through us. These are the only channels of revenue for our company and have an even split between them.

- Every month, we onboard about 10 to 12 merchants and book 35 to 40 services across all categories. Currently, the scope of operations is limited to Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

- Our users benefit from using our platform by earning a certain number of points for every service they book through us. The number of points earned depends on the number of services booked and the value of each service. The points can be redeemed by the user in the form of a discount on the services they book through us in the future.

- Our company is deciding on other channels to monetise from our application and wants the input of the potential investors to grow our platform. We will be expanding to other cities in Malaysia in the coming months.

Our mobile application allows users to book from a broad range of services such as:

- Car workshops & mechanics.

- Mobile and laptop repair.

- Car wash, coating, polish, and cleaning.

- Electricians, plumbers and other household necessities.

- Salon services such as facials, haircuts, massage, etc.

- The company does not own any tangible assets.

- However, the intangible assets include the database of our users and merchants, source code of our website & mobile applications, etc.

The business does not have any physical office space and all operations are run remotely.
